We can cater to all possible constructions and can offer products in greige, PFD, PFGD, bleached, dyed and printed form to meet customized requirements.

Spinning

We produce a variety of woven and knitted fabrics using a colossal range of yarn count Ne 06 to Ne 200 (ring spun, open end, MJS, MVS, combed, carded and compact) in single and multiple ply from different origins like pima from US and giza from Egypt.

Synthetic fiber (polyester, viscose, tencel, acrylic) and natural fiber (cotton, silk and bamboo) are used in various blend ratios to produce finest plain fabrics. Whereas melange, gassed mercerized dyed and texturized fancy yarn like mohair, neps, slub and linen are used to produce fancy fabrics as per customer requirements.

Since we have a network of established yarn suppliers from India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Egypt, recently we have started trading yarn for customers in the local and international market as per their need.

Weaving

We can cater to all possible constructions and widths (15” to 127”) and offer customers the options to select leno or tuck-in with written selvedge in polyester and cotton blends with special fibres like modal, tencel, silk and wool. Some common weaves which we are doing regularly include twill, drill, satin, duck, oxford, dobby, ribstop, bedford cord, etc.

Dyeing

Piece dyeing is done on jets and jiggers for small batches of cotton, polyester and polyester viscose blends while for large batches of 100% cotton and poly cotton blends continuous thermosol dyeing is done. Customers have the option for single, reverse and both portion dyeing in fabrics. The result of dyeing depends on the dyes being used which includes direct, azo-free, disperse, sulphur, reactive and VAT for cotton and synthetic fibres.

finishing

Finishing is done as per customized requirements to achieve the hand feel, appearance, stability, slippage and durability required by our customers. This is done using heat set stenter and sanforizing machines to cater shrinkage, calendar for shine, comfort and peaching for softness and decatising for luster. Some of the special finishes we have done in the past includes water and oil repellant, fire retardant, anti microbial and fragrance finish.

printing

Printing is done on rotary screens using pigment, reactive and fluorescent dyes where we supply licensed fabrics of up to 14 color. Recently we have started supplying digital printed fabrics as well.

Inspection

Inspection and grading of fabric is based on international standards using American 4 and 10 point system. Our quality control officers make sure that the goods are being produced to the required specifications by conducting necessary checks regarding yarn, selvedge, weight, width, shrinkage, skewness and color fastness.

Packing

Fabric is packed in bales, rolls and cardboard bolt as per various piece length required by customers. We prefer to ship one piece in one roll to avoid any type of problems during cut and sew process. We also provide customized packaging solutions for our B2B buyers.
